FinecoBank: Acquisto azioni proprie

Milano, 22 settembre 2015

In attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie autorizzato dall'Assemblea del 5 giugno 2014 e avviato a seguito dell'ottenimento dell'autorizzazione dell'Autorità di Vigilanza, ai sensi degli artt. 77-78 Reg. UE n. 575 del 26 giugno 2013 (CRR), FinecoBank comunica che, nel periodo tra il 16 settembre e il 22 settembre 2015, ha complessivamente acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., n. 640.000 azioni ordinarie Fineco, pari allo 0,1055% del capitale sociale, al prezzo medio di Euro 6,1945 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 3.964.480,00.

FinecoBank: Purchase of treasury shares

Milan, September 22nd 2015

In implementation of the treasury shares purchase programme authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 5th, 2014 and in place following the issue of the authorisation by the Regulatory Authorities, pursuant to Articles 77-78 of EU Reg. 575 of June 26, 2013 (CRR), FinecoBank reports that in the period from September 16th and September 22nd 2015 it purchased a total of 640,000 ordinary shares of Fineco on the Electronic Stock Market (MTA) organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., equal to a value of 0.1055% of the share capital, at the average price of € 6.1945 per share, for a total amount of € 3,964,480.
