San Donato Milanese (MI), 2 ottobre 2015 – Saipem informa che il Giudice dell'Udienza Preliminare di Milano ("GUP") ha oggi reso nota la propria decisione in merito alla richiesta di rinvio a giudizio presentata nel febbraio 2015 dalla Procura della Repubblica di Milano nei confronti, tra gli altri, di Saipem S.p.A. e di alcuni ex dipendenti della società, relativamente a presunti fatti corruttivi asseritamente occorsi in Algeria fino all'inizio del 2010.
Saipem prende atto della decisione del Giudice dell'Udienza Preliminare di disporre il rinvio a giudizio anche nei confronti della Società e confida di potere dimostrare nel giudizio di merito di primo grado, che sarà avviato nel mese di dicembre 2015, l'inesistenza dei presupposti per dichiarare la responsabilità amministrativa della Società ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 2, 2015 - Saipem informs that the Judge of the Preliminary Hearing in Milan today upheld the application submitted in February 2015 by the Milan Public Prosecutor's office for committal for trial against, among others, Saipem SpA and a number of former employees of the company, for acts of corruption alleged to have taken place in Algeria up until the beginning of 2010.
Saipem acknowledges the Judge's decision and is confident that it will be able to demonstrate that there are no grounds for the company to be held liable under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 at the first instance trial, which is due to start in December 2015.
