CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 5 ottobre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 28 settembre al 2 ottobre 2015 n. 1.057.820 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,8876, per un controvalore complessivo di € 938.901,10.

Milan, October 5 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 28 and October 2 2015 it bought back 1,057,820 own shares at an average price of € 0.8876, for a total amount of € 938,901.10.
