MONDO TV incarica York quale studio di animazione per il completamento degli ultimi episodi di Partidei: nuovo accordo di coproduzione in Cina

York è uno studio di animazione primario in Cina, quotato alla borsa di Shenzen, e contribuirà anche alla attualizzazione della property e al suo adattamento per le vendite sul mercato cinese

12 ottobre 2015 – Mondo TV – attiva in Italia e all'estero nella produzione e distribuzione di cartoni animati per TV e cinema – informa di aver sottoscritto un accordo con HeNan York Animation Film Co. Ltd, primario studio di animazione cinese con sede a Zhnegzhou nella provincia dello Henan e quotato alla borsa di Shenzen ("York"), per il completamento di 39 episodi della serie animata per la TV "Partidei".

In particolare York fornirà la produzione esecutiva dell'animazione a Mondo TV, anche contribuendo alla attualizzazione della property e al suo adattamento per le vendite e la distribuzione future sul mercato cinese; Mondo TV e i suoi partners forniranno alcuni elementi di pre-produzione e completeranno la post-produzione della serie.

Il corrispettivo per i servizi da eseguirsi da parte di York ammonta circa a 3,5 milioni di dollari, che saranno pagati dalla Mondo TV in più rate nel corso della produzione il cui piano sarà definito dalle parti nel corso delle prossime settimane.

Matteo Corradi, CEO di Mondo TV, ha dichiarato: "Non vediamo l'ora di iniziare a lavorare con York su questo progetto al quale abbiamo iniziato a lavorare parecchio tempo fa e che intendiamo portare sul mercato internazionale. York ci può dare una qualità superiore rispetto al passato e ci può aiutare a sviluppare la property al fine di renderla appetibile per le vendite sul mercato cinese, da cui potenzialmente possono arrivare ricavi importanti. Riteniamo che la qualità e i servizi di York possano estendersi ad altri progetti "in cantiere" del gruppo."

MONDO TV engages York as animation studio for the completion of the last episodes of Partidei new coproduction agreement in the Chinese area

York is a leading animation studio in the Chinese area, listed on Shenzen stock exchange, and will assist in the modernization of the property and its adaptation for sale on the Chinese market

12 October 2015 – Mondo TV – active in Italy and abroad in the production and distribution of "cartoons" for TV and theatres – informs to have executed an agreement with HeNan York Animation Film Co. Ltd, a Chinese leading animation studio based in Zhengzhou in the Henan province and listed in the Shenzhen stock exchange market ("York"), for the completion of 39 episodes of the animated TV series Partidei.

In particular York will provide the executive animation production to Mondo TV, also assisting it to modernize the property and adapting it for the future sale and distribution in the Chinese market. Mondo TV and its partners will provide certain preproduction assets and will complete the post-production.

Consideration for the services to be performed by York is equal approximately to USD 3,5 million, to be paid by Mondo in several tranches along the production process whose schedule will be defined by the Parties in the next weeks.

Matteo Corradi, CEO of Mondo TV, stated: "We are really keen to start working with York on this project which we began a long time ago and which we now want to bring to the international market. York can give us higher quality and also can help us in developing the property in a way to make the series suitable for sale in the Chinese market, which is potentially a huge revenues generator.
