Auditor Resignaon/ Appointment

In accordance with secon 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company announces, for informaon only, that it has received a statutory statement from Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP ("PwC") in connecon with their resignaon as auditors of the Company.

The resignaon of PwC follows a compeve tender process undertaken in connecon with the mandatory auditor rotaon requirements, in which PwC did not parcipate. Following this process, shareholders approved the appointment of BDO LLP as auditors of the Company at the 2020 Annual General Meeng.
