POSTE ITALIANE: CALENDAR OF COMPANY EVENTS FOR 2015

Rome, October 30, 2015 - As a guide to the financial community, Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces its financial calendar for 2015, indicating when the Company's and/or Group's accounts will be examined by the Board of Directors:

• November 9, 2015: interim financial report as of September 30, 2015.

On the publication of the aforesaid interim financial report as of September 30, 2015, the Company plans to organize a conference call in order to present the relevant data to financial analysts and institutional investors.

The market will be notified in due time of any changes to the above calendar.
