San Donato Milanese, 30 ottobre 2015 - Saipem informa che la Prof.ssa Anna Gervasoni, nominata nella lista presentata dall'azionista Eni S.p.A. dall'Assemblea degli azionisti del 6 maggio 2014, ha rassegnato in data odierna le dimissioni dalla carica di Sindaco Effettivo di Saipem S.p.A. a causa di "sopraggiunti impegni professionali ed incarichi accademici".
Ai sensi di legge e di Statuto, la Dott.ssa Giulia De Martino, già Sindaco Supplente, nominata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti del 30 aprile 2015 su indicazione dell'azionista Eni S.p.A., subentra nella carica di Sindaco Effettivo.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 30, 2015 – Saipem announces that Professor Anna Gervasoni resigned today from the position of Statutory Auditor of Saipem S.p.A. due to "new professional and academic commitments".
Anna Gervasoni had been appointed from the list presented by Eni S.p.A. at the General Shareholders' Meeting of May 6, 2014.
In accordance with the law and the Company's Articles of Association, the Alternate Auditor Ms Giulia De Martino assumes the position of Statutory Auditor. Ms Giulia De Martino had been elected Alternate Auditor at the General Shareholders' Meeting on April 30, 2015 at Eni's proposal.
