San Donato Milanese, 2 novembre 2015 - In ottemperanza a quanto previsto dall'articolo 129, comma 2, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob 11971/99, si allega l'estratto, datato 2 novembre 2015, del "Patto Parasociale relativo ad azioni ordinarie di Saipem S.p.A." sottoscritto il 27 ottobre 2015 da Eni S.p.A. e dal Fondo Strategico Italiano S.p.A.
