Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, November 16th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period November 9th and 13th 2015, acquired 13,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,464,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.319% of the share capital.
