Milano, 16 novembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 9 al 13 novembre n. 1.184.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0451, per un controvalore complessivo di € 1.237.438,90.

Milan, November 16 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 9 and 13 it bought back 1,184,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0451, for a total amount of € 1,237,438.90.
