Cagliari, 27 November 2015

Concerning what appeared in the press today, Tiscali specifies that the contribution of EUR 42.4 million in cash has already been paid on the accounts of Aria Italia S.p.A. by the shareholders of the company. This contribution at the effective date of the merger will be used to extinguish all the Facility A1 under "Senior Facilities Agreement".

The company also clarifies that the loss recorded in the last six months by Aria Italia S.p.A. is approximately EUR 12 million, and not 112 million as erroneously reported.
