CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 7 dicembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 30 novembre al 4 dicembre n. 875.975 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0470, per un controvalore complessivo di € 917.180,86.

Milan, December 7 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 30 and December 4 it bought back 875,975 own shares at an average price of € 1.0470, for a total amount of € 917,180.86.
