Milano, 11 dicembre 2015. Fiera Milano comunica che, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso dalla controllante Fondazione Fiera Milano, in data odierna la stessa Fondazione Fiera Milano ha esercitato integralmente i diritti di opzione ad essa spettanti dell'Aumento di Capitale di Fiera Milano, pari al 63,03%, per un controvalore totale di 44.043 migliaia di euro.

Following the press release from its controlling shareholder, Fondazione Fiera Milano, Fiera Milano communicates that today Fondazione Fiera Milano has exercised all the rights it held under the Share Capital Increase of Fiera Milano; these were 63.03% of the rights for a total of Euro 44.043 million.
