CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 14 dicembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 7 all'11 dicembre n. 855.500 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0221, per un controvalore complessivo di € 874.422,35.

Milan, December 14 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 7 and 11 it bought back 855,500 own shares at an average price of € 1.0221, for a total amount of € 874,422.35.
