Financial calendar 2016

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2016:

• February 11th approval of 2015 fourth quarter interim report
• March 22nd approval of 2015 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 10th approval of 2016 first quarter interim report
• August 4th approval of 2016 half year report
• November 8th approval of 2016 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 28 April 2016 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2015.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies in Milan (on 15 and 16 March) and in London (on 6 and 7 October).

On February 11th, May 10th, August 4th and November 8th at 3.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
