Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 21st, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period December 14th and 18th 2015, acquired 8,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,500,000 treasury shares, equal to 7.378% of the share capital.
