• 8 gennaio 2016: CDA approvazione dati pre-consuntivi Capogruppo al 31 dicembre 2015
• 15 Marzo 2016: Incontro con comunità finanziaria (Star Conference Milano)
• 24 Marzo 2016: CDA per approvazione progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2015
• 14 aprile 2016: CDA per approvazione dati preliminari della capogruppo Mondo Tv S.p.A. al 31 marzo 2016
• 28 Aprile 2016: Assemblea per approvazione bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2015
• 13 maggio 2016: CDA per approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 marzo 2016
• 11 luglio 2016: CDA per approvazione dati preliminari della capogruppo Mondo Tv S.p.A. al 30 giugno 2016

the following calendar of company's events for the year 2016:

• 8 January 2016: BoD for approval of preliminary results of the holding company as of 31 December 2015
• 15 March 2016: Meeting with the Financial community (Milan Star Conference)
• 24 March 2016: BoD for approval of the draft of balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet as of 31 December 2015
• 14 April 2016: BoD for approval of preliminary results of the holding company as of 31 March 2016
• 28 April 2016: Shareholders meeting for approval of the balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet as of 31 December 2015
• 13 May 2016: BoD for approval of the financial interim report as of 31 March 2016
• 11 July 2016: BoD for approval of preliminary results of the holding company as of 30 June 2016
• 29 August 2016: BoD for approval of the consolidated financial interim report as of al 30 June 2016
• 6 October 2016: BoD for approval of preliminary results of the holding company as of 30 September 2016
• 7 October 206: Meeting with the Financial community (London Star Conference)
