CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 28 dicembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 21 al 23 dicembre n. 515.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9365, per un controvalore complessivo di € 482.272,50.

CIR: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 28 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 21 and 23 it bought back 515,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9365, for a total amount of € 482,272.50.
