FINCANTIERI: TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MR. MANGONI

Trieste, 31 December 2015 – With effect from 31 December 2015, the employment relationship between the Company and Mr. Andrea Mangoni has been terminated by mutual consent.

The termination agreement foresees the payment to Mr. Mangoni of an amount compliant with the Company's compensation policy, which comprises (i) settlement agreement on the termination amount due pursuant to the applicable employment agreement;, (ii) non-competition agreement, both at EU and non-EU level, for a duration of 36 months; (iii) severance indemnity as provided by law and (iv) compensation for renunciation of any right or claim related to or caused by the employment relationship and its termination, including fixed and variable remuneration, incentives or any other type of compensation, for a total amount of Euro 3,000,000.00 to be paid by 10 January 2016. Mr. Mangoni did not receive any compensation or benefit related to his resignation as Director of the Board and General Manager of Fincantieri tendered on 9 November 2015.
