CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 4 gennaio 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 28 al 30 dicembre n. 474.900 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9634, per un controvalore complessivo di € 457.498,59.

Milan, January 4 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 28 and 30 it bought back 474,900 own shares at an average price of € 0.9634, for a total amount of € 457,498.59.
