CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 25 gennaio 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 18 al 22 gennaio n. 1.089.007 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,8646, per un controvalore complessivo di € 941.569,31.

Milan, January 25 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 18 and 22 it bought back 1,089,007 own shares at an average price of € 0.8646, for a total amount of € 941,569.31.
