FINCANTIERI: APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR 2016

Rome, 27 January 2016 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. announces the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2016 as follows:

• 31 March 2016: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at 31 December 2015
• 11 May 2016: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim management report at 31 March 2016
• 19 May 2016: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at 31 December 2015
• 20 July 2016: Board of Directors meeting for the Half-year financial report at 30 June 2016
• 9 November 2016: Board of Directors meeting for the Interim management report at 30 September 2016

The conference calls/meetings for the presentation of the financial results to the financial community will be held either on the same day or the day following the approval by the Board of Directors.

The calendar of corporate events for 2016 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendments to the above calendar.
