FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE STATUTO SOCIALE

Milano, 28 gennaio 2016. Fiera Milano comunica che lo Statuto Sociale, recante le modifiche conseguenti alla sottoscrizione nell'ambito del periodo di offerta in opzione, iniziato il 30 novembre 2015 e conclusosi il 18 dicembre 2015, delle azioni rivenienti dall'aumento di capitale deliberato dall'Assemblea Straordinaria degli Azionisti del 31 luglio 2015 e dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 26 novembre 2015, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A. ed è, altresì, consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it, nella sezione Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Statuto e sul sito internet gestito da Bit Market Services S.p.A.

La modifica statutaria è stata iscritta presso il competente registro delle imprese di Milano il 25 gennaio 2016.

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATIONS

Milano, 28 January 2016. Fiera Milano announces that the Articles of Association, incorporating the amendments arising from the subscriptions during the offer period, which began on 30 November 2015 and ended on 18 December 2015, of shares relating to the capital increase approved by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of 31 July 2015 and the Board of Directors of 26 November 2015, have been made available to the public at the operational and administrative headquarters of Fiera Milano S.p.A. and may also be accessed in the Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Articles of Association section of the Company's website www.fieramilano.it and on the website managed by Bit Market Services S.p.A.

The amendments to the Articles of Association were recorded in the relevant Companies Register of Milan on 25 January 2016.
