Gas Plus S.p.A.: 2016 Financial Calendar

Gas Plus S.p.A., in accordance with Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), informs about the 2016 financial calendar:

24	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and
March:	consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2015;
29 April:	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2015 (sole call);
12	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the interim report as at 31 March
May:	2016;
4 August:	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2016;
15	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the interim report as at 30
November:	September 2016.

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned board of directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar shall be promptly disclosed.

Gas Plus is the fourth largest producer of natural gas (as estimated by the Authority for Electricity and Gas) after Eni, Edison and Shell Italy E&P. It is active in the main sectors of the industry of natural gas, particularly in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale to wholesale and final customers.
