Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, February 1st, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period January 25th and 29th 2016, acquired 14,971 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,587,971 treasury shares, equal to 7.522% of the share capital.
