Tiscali rende noto che è stato pubblicato l'aggiornamento dell'informativa sul Patto Parasociale sottoscritto tra i soci di riferimento del Gruppo Tiscali e del Gruppo Aria. L'informativa aggiornata è stata pubblicata sul sito di Investors' Relation della Società www.tiscali.com, ed è altresì a disposizione del pubblico sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR-NIS di Borsa Italiana e sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Cagliari.

Come precedentemente comunicato, il suddetto Patto ha per oggetto, tra l'altro, impegni di voto da valersi con riferimento e limitatamente all'assemblea di Tiscali già convocata per il prossimo 16 febbraio 2016.

Tiscali: FILING OF THE UPDATED INFORMATIVE DOCUMENT ON SHAREHOLDERS' PACT

Tiscali announces that the updated informative document on sharehoders' pact signed between the shareholders of Tiscali Group and the Aria Group has been published on the Investors' Relations Company website www.tiscali.com and is also available to the public on authorized storage platform SDIR-NIS of Borsa Italiana (Italian Stock Exchange). The updated document will also be filed with the office of the Register of Companies of Cagliari.

As previously communicated to the market, the above mentioned pact relates to, among other things, commitments to vote with reference to and only in the Tiscali Shareshoders' Meetings called on February, 16th.
