CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 15 febbraio 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dall'8 al 12 febbraio n. 753.605 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,7966, per un controvalore complessivo di € 600.320,55.

Milan, February 15 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 8 and 12 it bought back 753,605 own shares at an average price of € 0.7966, for a total amount of € 600,320.55.
