Pontedera, 17 febbraio 2016 – Ad integrazione del Calendario degli Eventi Societari diffuso in data 29 gennaio 2016, Piaggio & C. S.p.A. informa che l'Assemblea per l'approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2015 si terrà in data 14 Aprile 2016.
Di seguito si riporta il Calendario degli Eventi Societari della Società, modificato per effetto di quanto sopra:

Pontedera, February 17th , 2016 – with reference to the Annual Calendar of Corporate Events sent on January 29th, 2016 Piaggio & C. S.p.A. informs that the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2015, will be held on 14th April 2016.
Therefore, the new Annual Calendar of Corporate Events of the Company is the following:
