EDISON: THE REPORTS BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ARE AVAILABLE

Milan, February 22, 2016 – Edison informs that the Explanatory Reports and the motions for resolutions to the Shareholders' Meeting called for March 22 concerning the items (3-8) on the Agenda regarding the Board of Directors, are available to the public at the Company's head office, on Edison Spa's site (http://www.edison.it/en/shareholders-meeting-march-22-2016), on Borsa Italiana's site (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the authorized storage system "NIS-Storage" ().
