Pubblicazione estratto del patto di sindacato

Vimercate (MB) 26 febbraio 2016 - Esprinet S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: PRT), rende noto che il patto di sindacato di voto e di blocco stipulato in data 23 febbraio 2016 tra i Sig.ri Francesco Monti, Paolo Stefanelli, Tommaso Stefanelli, Matteo Stefanelli, Maurizio Rota e Alessandro Cattani, avente ad oggetto n. 16.819.135 azioni ordinarie di Esprinet S.p.A costituenti complessivamente il 32,095% delle azioni rappresentative dell'intero capitale sociale della Società, è stato pubblicato per estratto sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.esprinet.com, sezione Investor Relations/Informazioni sul Titolo/Patto di Sindacato ed è altresì disponibile sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().

Il suddetto patto, in versione integrale, è stato altresì comunicato alla Consob e depositato presso il Registro delle Imprese di Monza e Brianza in data 24 febbraio 2016.

Publication of the extract of the shareholders' agreement

Vimercate (MB) February 26th, 2016 - Esprinet S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange: PRT) informs that the shareholders' voting and blocking agreement entered into on 23 February 2016 by and between Messrs. Francesco Monti, Paolo Stefanelli, Tommaso Stefanelli, Matteo Stefanelli, Maurizio Rota and Alessandro Cattani, in relation to no. 16,819,135 ordinary shares of Esprinet representing an aggregate amount equal to 32.095% of the shares representing the entire share capital of the Company, has been published as extract on the website of the Company www.esprinet.com, under Investor Relations / Information Title / Shareholders' Agreement and it is also available on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().

The abovementioned agreement, in its integral version, has been communicated to Consob and filed with the Companies' Register of Monza and Brianza on 24 February 2016.
