Milano, 7 marzo 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 29 febbraio al 4 marzo n. 959.926 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,8780, per un controvalore complessivo di € 842.781,04.

Milan, March 7 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 29 and March 4 it bought back 959,926 own shares at an average price of € 0.8780, for a total amount of € 842,781.04.
