Milano, 18 marzo 2016. Fiera Milano comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea degli Azionisti prevista per il 28 aprile 2016 - in unica convocazione - sono stati resi disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società, i seguenti documenti:

• Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti;
• Relazioni Illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione ex art. 125-ter del D.Lgs n. 58/98 ed ex art. 73 del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni;

Milan, 18 March 2016. Fiera Milano has made available, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting convened once on 28 April 2016, at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of the Company, the following documents:

• Notice of Convocation of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
• Board of Directors Explanatory Report in accordance with Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and in accordance with Article 73 of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 and subsequent amendments and additions;
• Report on Remuneration in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/98;
• Information Document on the Stock Option Plan in accordance with Article 114-bis of Legislative Decree 58/98;
• Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure.
