Risoluzione consensuale del rapporto di lavoro con il dottor Luca Scano
Tiscali rende noto che, a seguito del completamento della fusione con Aria Italia S.p.A., il dottor Luca Scano ha rassegnato le dimissioni dalle cariche da questi ricoperte quale membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione della società controllata Tiscali Italia S.p.A. e Direttore Generale della Società.
In conformità e coerenza con la politica di remunerazione della Società e con il Patto di Stabilità approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società il 14 novembre 2013, il dottor Scano riceverà l'indennità prevista in caso di scioglimento anticipato del rapporto, pari a lordi Euro 1.000.000 (un milione) a titolo di integrazione del TFR, otre alle ultime competenze di fine rapporto.
Non è previsto alcun impegno di non concorrenza.
L'accordo si qualifica come operazione con parte correlata e, pertanto, è stato esaminato dal Comitato per le Operazioni con Parti Correlate della Società.
La Società ringrazia Luca Scano per il lavoro svolto con grande professionalità e passione, per l'impegno e i risultati economici e organizzativi raggiunti in questi anni di lavoro.

Tiscali announces that, following the completion of the merger with Aria Italia S.p.A., Luca Scano has resigned from the positions held as a member of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Tiscali Italia S.p.A. and General Manager of the Company.
In accordance and consistent with the remuneration policy of the Company and with the Stability Pact approved by the Company's Board of Directors on November 14, 2013, Scano will receive the compensation provided for in the event of early termination, amounting to EUR 1,000,000 (one million) as gross compensation for the TFR integration, further to the latest severance.
There will not be a non-competition commitment.
The agreement is a related party transaction and, therefore, was considered by the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties of the Company.
The Company would like to thank Luca Scano for his work undertaken professionally and with passion, for the commitment and the economic and organizational results obtained in these years.
