Si comunica che alla data del 25 marzo 2016, sono state depositate n. 2 liste di candidati per la nomina dei componenti per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale.

In particolare le liste sono state presentate:

• dall'azionista di maggioranza Lir S.r.l., titolare del 71,1004% del capitale sottoscritto e versato
• dai seguenti azionisti di minoranza, titolari complessivamente di una percentuale pari al 1,13% del capitale sottoscritto e versato: Eurizon Capital S.G.R. S.p.A. gestore dei fondi: Eurizon Azioni Italia e Eurizon Azioni PMI Italia; Eurizon Capital SA gestore del fondo Eurizon EasyFund - Equity Italy LTE; Fideuram Investimenti S.G.R. Geox announces that, as at 25th March 2016, two lists of candidates were filed for the appointment of its Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, respectively.

More specifically the lists were submitted by:

• the majority shareholder, Lir S.r.l., holding 71.1004% of the subscribed and paid-up share capital,
• and by the following minority shareholders, holding in total 1.13% of the subscribed and paid-up share capital: Eurizon Capital S.G.R. S.p.A. on behalf of: Eurizon Azioni Italia and Eurizon Azioni PMI Italia; Eurizon Capital SA on behalf of Eurizon EasyFund - Equity Italy LTE; Fideuram Investimenti S.G.R. S.p.A. on behalf of Fideuram Italia; Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) Limited on behalf of: Fideuram Fund Equity Italy and Fonditalia Equity Italy; Interfund Sicav on behalf of Interfund Equity Italy; Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SgrpA on behalf of Mediolanum Flessibile Italia; Mediolanum International Funds Limited - Challenge Funds – Challenge Italian Equity; Pioneer Asset Management SA on behalf of: PF-Italian Equity e PF European Potential and Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA on behalf of Pioneer Italia Azionario Crescita.
