El.En. S.p.A.: Notice of presentation of only one list for the nomination of the Board of Statutory Auditors at the shareholders meeting called for April 26th - May 12th 2016

Firenze, April 1st 2016 – El.En. s.p.a. gives notice to its shareholders, pursuant to art. 144 octies, para. 2 of Consob Regulation 11971/1999, that at the expiry of the term for the presentation of lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors (April 1st, 2016) was submitted, at the registered office of El.En. s.p.a., only one list of candidates.

As a result, in compliance with Art. 144 sexies, para. 5 of Consob Regulation 11971/1999, the term of submission of further lists of candidates has been extended to April 4th, 2016; the minimum percentage for the presentation of lists has been reduced from 4.5% to 2.25% of the share capital.
