Al Jazeera diviene partner della Mondo TV nel progetto di Sissi, la giovane imperatrice. Sottoscritto contratto di co-produzione.

Matteo Corradi ha dichiarato: "Siamo felicissimi che la nostra "Giovane Imperatrice" abbia raccolto la partecipazione attiva di Al Jazeera

4 aprile 2016 – In apertura del MIP TV, fiera di Cannes attualmente in corso, Mondo TV annuncia di aver sottoscritto un contratto di co-produzione con Al Jazeera Media Network, con sede a Doha in Qatar, per la produzione della prima serie di Sissi, la giovane imperatrice, già in produzione con la società Il Sole di Carta. Si tratta del primo accordo di coproduzione tra le parti.

Al Jazeera entra quindi nel progetto quando questo è già lanciato e in corsa: Al Jazeera acquista quindi i diritti di sfruttamento in lingua araba e si occuperà principalmente dell'edizione per il mondo arabo.

Matteo Corradi, Amministratore Delegato della Mondo TV, ha dichiarato: "Siamo felicissimi che la nostra "Giovane Imperatrice" abbia raccolto la partecipazione attiva di Al Jazeera. Al Jazeera will mainly focus on the edition for the Arab world

4 April 2016 – On the first day of MIP TV, the audiovisual fair currently in course, Mondo TV informs to have executed a co-production agreement with Al Jazeera Media Network, based in Doha - Qatar, for the production of the first season of "The Young Empress" already on production by Mondo TV with the company "Sole di Carta". It is the first co-production agreement between the parties.

Al Jazeera steps into the project while this is already launched and on production: Al Jazeera thus acquires the exploitation rights of the series in the Arab language and will mainly take care of the edition for the Arab world.

Matteo Corradi, Managing Director of Mondo TV, stated: "We are really happy the our "Young Empress" has raised the active cooperation of Al Jazeera. As known, the Arab world is of paramount importance for our group, and we are very honoured to be partnering with such a big important player like Al Jazeera".
