COMUNICATO STAMPA

MONDO TV: concluso il periodo di riferimento della prima tranche dell'aumento di capitale per finanziare l'avvio della produzione di teen soap operas, il game on-line, i progetti toys e le nuove iniziative: GEM si impegna a pagare alla Mondo TV Euro cinque milioni.

La società precisa che non si ravvisa allo stato la necessità, nei prossimi mesi, di nuovi aumenti di capitale, salvo importanti opportunità di investimento ad oggi non prevedibili.

Con il rafforzamento patrimoniale conseguito possibile per il management l'anticipo al 2019 dei risultati attesi per il 2020

6 aprile 2016 – Con riferimento al completamento del periodo di riferimento relativo alla prima tranche di aumento di capitale di cui al comunicato stampa di stamani, si conferma la possibilità per la Mondo TV, grazie all'impegno del pagamento di circa Euro cinque milioni netti da parte di GEM, di finanziare i nuovi e futuri progetti di produzione di serie teen live action, di game on-line, progetti nel settore toy ed eventuali ulteriori iniziative.

Nel precisare che allo stato non si ravvisa la necessità di procedere nei prossimi mesi a ulteriori aumenti di capitale, il management conferma come già annunciato con comunicato del 23 febbraio 2016 che con il rafforzamento patrimoniale conseguito è possibile l'anticipo al 2019 dei risultati attesi per il 2020.

MONDO TV: the observation period of the first tranche of the capital increase to finance the start of production of teen soap operas, the online game, the toys projects and new initiatives ended: GEM is committed to pay to the TV Friendlies Euro five million

The company highlights that there is no plan, in the coming months, for calling new capital increases, unless significant investment opportunities currently unforeseeable may occur.

This strengthening of capital could allow the Company to anticipate the reaching of the targets expected for 2020 in 2019

6 April 2016 – With reference to the completion of the reference period relating to the first tranche of the capital increase as reported in the press release this morning, Mondo TV confirms, thanks to the resources deriving from the around five million net payment by GEM, the possibility of financing new projects and future production of teen live action series, on-line game, projects in the toy industry and further possible initiatives.

In pointing out that the management does not currently see the need to proceed in the coming months to further capital increases, it also confirms, as previously announced in a press release of 23 February 2016, that this strengthening of capital could allow the Company to anticipate the reaching of the targets expected for 2020 in 2019.
