Mondo TV annuncia che la propria controllata Mondo TV Spain ha sottoscritto con Alianzas Producciones il primo accordo nella storia del gruppo di coproduzione di una serie live teen

La serie sarà composta da 60 episodi di 45 minuti ciascuno e sarà un adattamento in chiave moderna delle vicende del character Heidi

Mondo Tv parteciperà alla coproduzione con una contribuzione al budget pari ad 2,9 milioni di USD.

Con questo contratto Mondo TV Spain avvia lo sviluppo di un nuovo business per il Gruppo Mondo TV dal quale sono attesi importanti risultati, tenuto conto della crescente richiesta di prodotti televisivi live teen

6 aprile 2016 – Mondo TV annuncia l'accordo tramite la controllata Mondo TV Spain con Alianzas Producciones S.A., società con sede a Buenos Aires e già produttrice di successi quali Chica Vampiro, il Mondo di Patti e Yo soy Franky, per la coproduzione di una nuova serie live teen. Il nuovo progetto, dal titolo provvisorio "Heidi, benvenuta a casa", sarà composta da 60 episodi di 45 minuti ciascuno e sarà un adattamento in chiave moderna della nota vicenda legata al character Heidi.

Mondo TV Spain parteciperà alla coproduzione con una contribuzione al Budget per USD 2.930.372, acquistando il 60% dei diritti di copyright sull'opera, mentre il partner si occuperà della fase realizzativa in qualità di produttore esecutivo. Mondo TV Spain si occuperà della distribuzione del programma in tutto il mondo con l'esclusine dei territori di Argentina, Cile, Paraguay e Uruguay con una commissione variabile a seconda che si operi una vendita diretta o tramite sub-distributore.

Con questo contratto Mondo TV Spain avvia lo sviluppo di un nuovo business per il Gruppo Mondo TV in risposta alla crescente richiesta di prodotti televisivi live teen, già dimostrata dalle vendite operate dalla Mondo TV Spain negli scorsi anni di serie quali Grachi, Suena conmigo, Yo soy Franky e dalla più generale tendenza del mercato audiovisivo che ha visto in questa tipologia di prodotti negli ultimi anni i più grossi successi tra i programmi per ragazzi. Da questo ramo del business sono quindi attesi importanti risultati nei prossimi anni.

Mondo TV announces that its subsidiary Mondo TV Spain has signed with Alianzas Producciones the first agreement in the history of the group for a co-production of a live teen series

The series will consist of 60 episodes of 45 minutes each and will be the adaptation into a modern story of Heidi, the well known character

Through this contract Mondo TV Spain starts the development of a new business for Mondo TV Group from which significant results are expected in the light of the growing demand for TV live teen products

6 April 2016: Mondo TV has announced an agreement through its subsidiary Mondo TV Spain with Alianzas Producciones SA , a company based in Buenos Aires and already a producer of such hits as Chica Vampire, Patito Feo and Yo soy Franky, for the coproduction of a new live series teen. The new project, titled "Heidi, welcome home," will consist of 60 episodes of 45 minutes each and will be a modern adaptation of the well-known story linked to the character Heidi.

Mondo TV Spain will participate in the co-production with a contribution to the Budget of USD 2,930,372, and will get the ownership of 60% of the copyright on the work, while the partner will act as executive producer. Mondo TV Spain will distribute the program worldwide except the territories of Argentina, Chile , Paraguay and Uruguay, with a variable fee depending on whether it operates through direct sale or through sub – distributor.

With this contract Mondo TV Spain starts the development of a new business for Mondo TV Group in response to the growing demand for live teen television products, already shown up by the sales made by Mondo TV Spain in recent years of such series as Grachi , Suena conmigo , Yo soy Franky; since the audiovisual market has confirmed in the recent years that this type of product can represent the biggest success among the youth programs, significant results are expected in the coming years.
