• The Annual Report 2015 of Saipem S.p.A., containing the Consolidated and draft Statutory Financial Statements at December 31, 2015, the Directors' Report, the certification pursuant to article 154 – bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Reports by the Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors;
• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure 2015
• the 2016 Remuneration Report;
