CIR: DEPOSITO DOCUMENTAZIONE ASSEMBLEA

Milano, 7 aprile 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., con riferimento alla prossima Assemblea degli Azionisti prevista per il 29 aprile in seconda convocazione, rende noto che la Relazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione relativa alle Azioni proprie (punto 3 all'ordine del giorno) e la Relazione sulla Remunerazione (punto 4) sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale, sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarketStorage e sul sito internet www.cirgroup.it.

Sono altresì disponibili la Relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2015, le relazioni della società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale nonché la Relazione sulla Corporate Governance contenente anche le informazioni sugli assetti proprietari ex art. 123-bis del TUF.

Milan, April 7 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., for the coming Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders convened for April 29 at the second call, announces that the Report of the Board of Directors on Own shares (item 3 on the Agenda) and the Compensation Report (item 4) are available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarketStorage and on the website www.cirgroup.com.

Also available are the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31 2015 together with the report of the firm of auditors, the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report on Corporate Governance which also contains the information on the ownership structure as per Art. 123-bis of the TUF.
