MONDO TV: Comunicazione di variazione del capitale sociale

12 aprile 2016 – Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 98 della delibera Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 e successive modificazioni e dell'art. IA.2.3.4 delle Istruzioni Borsa Italiana S.p.A., la nuova composizione del capitale sociale interamente sottoscritto e versato, a seguito della prima tranche dell'aumento di capitale riservato a GEM nell'ambito dell'accordo di Share Subscription Facility e alle successive attività di cui ai comunicati pubblicati in data 23 febbraio 2016, 11 marzo 2016, 30 marzo 2016 e 6 aprile 2016.

Come già comunicato in data 8 aprile 2016, l'aumento di capitale ha avuto ad oggetto n. 1.226.339 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data della loro emissione (8 aprile 2016).

L'attestazione dell'avvenuta esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale è stata depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma (ex articolo 2444 del Codice Civile) in data odierna.

MONDO TV: Notification of Change of Company's capital

12 April 2016 – Pursuant to Section 98 of CONSOB decision n. 11917 dated May 14, 1998 and section IA.2.3.4 of the Instructions to the Market Regulation issued by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Mondo TV S.p.A. (the "Company") informed about the new Company's capital, issued and paid, in connection with the first tranche of the capital increase reserved to GEM, within the Share Subscription Facility, and the relevant further actions better detailed in the press releases issued on last 23 February 2016, 11 March 2016, 30 March 2016 and 6 April 2016.

As communicated on last 8 April 2016, the Capital Increase was related to n. 1,226,339 ordinary shares, each of nominal value equal to Euros 0,50, having the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date of its issuing (8 April 2016).

The relevant declaration pursuant to section 2444 of the Italian Civil Code has been filed today with the Company' Register in Rome.
