POSTE ITALIANE: THE EXPLANATORY REPORTS ON THE ITEMS OF THE AGENDA OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, April 13, 2016 - Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the explanatory reports on the follwing items:

• Poste Italiane S.p.A. Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015. Reports of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, and the Audit Firm. Related resolutions. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015:
• Allocation of net income for the year;
• Determination of the number of directors;
• Complementation of the Composition of the Board of Directors;
• Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• Determination of the remuneration of the regular members of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• Additional fees regarding the external audit assignment pursuant to articles 14 and 16 of Legislative Decree n. 39/2010 for the years 2015-2019;

of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane - that will take place on May 24, 2016 on single call – are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/Shareholders' Meeting 2016/Documentation and reports).

The explanatory reports regarding the seventh ("Long-term incentive plan 2016-2018 addressed to executives of Poste Italiane S.p.A. and its subsidiaries pursuant to article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code") and eight ("Report on remuneration") items of the agenda will be published, according to the same aforesaid manners, within the time period established by the law.
