COFIDE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE SECOND CALL (APRIL 29)

Milan, April 20 2016 – COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. reminds the Shareholders that the Annual General Meeting called for April 28 will be held at the second call on April 29 at 16.00 p.m. at the Palazzo delle Stelline – Congress Centre (Corso Magenta 61, Milan).
