POSTE ITALIANE: THE REMUNERATION REPORT, THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN 2016-2018 AND THE CONNECTED FXPLANATORY REPORTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, April 22, 2016 - Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the explanatory reports on the seventh item ("Long-term incentive plan 2016-2018 addressed to executives of Poste Italiane S.p.A. and its subsidiaries pursuant to article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code") and on the eight item ("Remuneration report") of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane that will take place on May 24, 2016 on single call - are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/ Shareholders' Meeting 2016/Documentation and reports), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "NIS-Storage" ().

The Information document related to the "Long term incentive Plan 2016-2018 addressed to executives of Poste Italiane S.p.A. and its subsidiaries pursuant to Article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code", drawn up pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Legislative Decree of February 24, 1998, n. 58, and the same Remuneration report are also available to the public in the same manner described above.
