El.En. S.p.A. has sold one million Cynosure Inc. shares for 45 million of Us dollars

Florence, April 26th, 2016 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market, listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, reported that it has sold on the market 998.628 shares of Cynosure Inc. (Nasdaq CYNO), at the net price of \$ 45,10 US Dollars per share for a total amount of 45 million of dollars. Following the sale El.En. does not own any more Cynosure shares.

The consolidated gross gain on the sale, at a 1,13 US Dollar/ Euro exchange rate, was 23 million of euro.

The sale is not affecting by any means the fruitful business relations currently in place between the two companies, that include the distribution agreement for the Mona Lisa touch laser system for the treatment of vaginal atrophy.

The sale of shares does not imply any change in the revenues and profitability guidance released by the Group for 2016.
