Filing of Shareholders' AGM documentation

SHAREHOLDERS' AGM MINUTES

The Shareholder' AGM of April 28, 2016 approved the 2015 Company Financial Statements. The minutes of the Shareholders' AGM will be made available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., at www.basicnet.com/contenuti/datifinanziari/bilanci.asp?lan=EN and on the authorised storage website , in accordance with law.

The financial statements, together with the documentation required by applicable legal provisions and the 2015 consolidated financial statements were made available in the same manner.
