2016 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders

COFIDE: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2015 APPROVED, DIVIDEND OF € 0.014 PER SHARE

Milan, April 29 2016 – The ordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. met today in Milan under the chairmanship of Rodolfo De Benedetti.

Approval of Financial Statements for 2015

The Shareholders' Meeting approved the financial statements for the year 2015. The COFIDE group closed 2015 with consolidated net income of € 18.7 million compared to a loss of € 14.5 million in 2014. The result was mainly a combination of the positive contribution of the subsidiary CIR (€ 22.3 million in 2015 versus a negative contribution of € 11.5 million in 2014) and the net loss of the parent company of the group, COFIDE S.p.A. (-€ 3.6 million, substantially unchanged from -€ 3 million in 2014).

The Shareholders approved the distribution of a unit dividend of € 0.014. The dividend will be paid out on May 4 2016 on detachment of coupon no 30 on May 2 and with record date May 3.
