Poste Italiane continues to roll out its Business Plan

The Regional Administrative Court of Lazio, as wished for by Poste Italiane, has confirmed the legitimacy of the resolution approved by the AGCOM no. 395/15 - CONS on the national law relating to the regulation of alternate day delivery by the Universal Postal Service, referring to the assessment as to the compatibility of national legislation with EU legislation to the Court of Justice.

As a result of the AGCOM resolution, Poste Italiane is continuing with the transformation of its delivery model, implemented in October 2015, with the aim of bringing the postal service in line with the current needs of its customers and making it economically sustainable over time.

This stage is accompanied by a close monitoring of all related activities, putting operational adjustments and improvements into place where necessary.
