CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 23 maggio 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 16 al 20 maggio n. 336.500 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0895, per un controvalore complessivo di € 366.631,40.

Milan, May 23 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 16 and 20 it bought back 336,500 own shares at an average price of € 1.0895, for a total amount of € 366,631.40.
