San Donato Milanese (Milano), 7 giugno 2016 – Saipem informa che Giulio Bozzini assume l'incarico di Chief Financial and Strategy Officer (CFSO), con la responsabilità delle funzioni Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, ICT e Strategie.
Giulio Bozzini, attualmente alla guida della direzione Pianificazione e Controllo di Eni S.p.A., ha già ricoperto diversi importanti incarichi manageriali in Saipem.
Alberto Chiarini, che lascia gli incarichi di Chief Financial Officer e di dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili e societari di Saipem, assicurerà un adeguato passaggio di consegne prima di assumere un nuovo incarico all'interno di Eni.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, su proposta del Presidente d'intesa con l'Amministratore Delegato, sentito il Comitato per la Remunerazione e le Nomine e con il parere favorevole del Collegio Sindacale, ha nominato Mariano Avanzi "Dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari" ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del d. lgs. n. 58/1998.
Mariano Avanzi, in Saipem dal 1994, ricopre la posizione di Executive Vice President Pianificazione, Amministrazione e Controllo.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha espresso vivo apprezzamento a Alberto Chiarini per il lavoro svolto durante la sua permanenza in Saipem ed ha formulato un augurio di buon lavoro a Giulio Bozzini e a Mariano Avanzi.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), June 7, 2016 – Saipem has announced that Giulio Bozzini will assume the role of Chief Financial and Strategy Officer (CFSO), with responsibility for Administration, Finance and Control, ICT and Strategy.
Currently head of Planning and Control at Eni S.p.A., Giulio Bozzini has already worked in a number of important managerial roles at Saipem.
Alberto Chiarini, who leaves the roles of Saipem Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for the preparation of financial reports, will ensure a smooth and effective handover before moving on to a new position at Eni.
Acting on a proposal submitted by the Chairman in conjunction with the CEO, the Saipem Board of Directors - following consultation with the Compensation and Nomination Committee and having obtained the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors – has appointed Mariano Avanzi "Manager responsible for the preparation of financial reports" pursuant to article 154-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
Mariano Avanzi has been with Saipem since 1994 and is Executive Vice President for Planning, Administration and Control.
The Board of Directors expressed its deep appreciation to Alberto Chiarini for the work carried out during his time at Saipem and wished Giulio Bozzini and Mariano Avanzi every success in their new roles.
